Disease X Preplanning

Disease X preplanning is a modern pandemic conspiracy theory claiming that public-health agencies, the WHO, the WEF, or allied elites are openly planning the next manufactured outbreak under the name Disease X. In reality, Disease X is a preparedness term for an unknown future pathogen, and the conspiracy grows mainly by reframing ordinary planning for uncertainty as evidence of deliberate release.
